If you don’t have insurance, or if your deductible is so high it might as well not exist, getting the care you need can feel out of reach. But at Direct Podiatry AZ, we make it simple.
We’re a cash-based podiatry clinic in the Phoenix metro area, which means you can get the expert foot and nail care you need without going through insurance, and without surprise bills.
Transparent Pricing You Can Plan Around
We believe in clarity and honesty. No hidden fees. No, “we’ll bill you later.” Here’s what you can expect:
Initial consultation: $250
Follow-up visits: $150
Ingrown toenail removal: starts at $375 (this price includes both your initial consultation and 1 follow up visit)
Laser treatment (nail fungus or foot pain): Coming to Direct Podiatry Arizona in August 2025
KeryFlex nail restoration: $50 for 1st big toenail, $25 for 2nd big toenail, and $15 for each smaller toenail
Onyfix (nail bracing): $50
Prices reflect current rates as of July 2025— and may vary slightly depending on your specific needs.
